Constructor existing User secure Login Page. Download the latest updates and Tax scales to update your current System. You will need to have a User Login – supplied at the time of purchase. Contact us if you don’t have it.
Do you have a Constructor Maintenance Agreement?
All new Constructor clients must sign up for a minimum period of 24 months to our maintenance agreement. Maintenance includes unlimited Support (ie: no maximum number of calls, contacts or hours) and access to all bug fixes, enhancements and upgrades to software.
By signing up for Constructor’s Maintenance Agreement you will receive Constructor’s personal one on one support, provided by our experienced team from the building industry.
Maintenance Agreement Cost
All new Constructor clients must sign up for a minimum period of 24 months to our maintenance agreement. For existing clients the price for ongoing maintenance starts at $56 a month.
An active Constructor Maintenance Agreement gives you the following services:

Support and Maintenance Cost
Please note: Support and Maintenance are compulsory for the first two years of your contract with Constructor.
The Basics Package:
From $56 a month for a minimum of 2 years.
The Enterprise Package:
From $96 a month for a minimum of 2 years.
Maintenance Agreement is based on the total purchase amount.
